Fair Children / Youth Foundation (FCYF) is a community-based organization founded in 2003, when peace was restored to Musanze after thirteen years of war and genocide. FCYF serves orphans, vulnerable youth and women struggling to rebuild lives in this poor but beautiful district of north Rwanda.

The foundation provides an integrated program of community mentoring, health care & food security, nursery & primary education, vocational training & income-generating opportunities to child-headed households, single mothers and widows, deaf children, and people living with HIV/AIDS.

In addition to buying ‘gift kits’, you may wish to work with a community or religious group or even another family in your local area to raise money for salaries to staff the Learning Centre or Ntarma community clinic, or to sponsor a student attending the Learning Centre through school or university.
